Juno Spacecraft Made This Strange Photo of Planet Jupiter – NASA Doesn’t Understand It
Juno was launched into space in 2011 with the goal of studying Jupiter’s gravitational and magnetic fields, as well as its polar magnetosphere.
Juno managed to collect some spectacular photographs barely a month after launch, in which we can observe a mysterious object that NASA couldn’t explain. It looks like a huge whale, which appears to be eating a plant floating around Jupiter. NASA claims it is an anomaly but many remain skeptical.
